Yahoo! Makes Pact with Twitter
Hey Guy’s and Gal’s,
Tim here with an update concerning Yahoo & Twitter. In a recent article from Response This Week Jacqueline mentioned that:
SAN DIEGO, Calif. – In the coming months, Yahoo! will be integrating micro-blog Twitter into nearly all of its products and pages, including Yahoo! Mail, Sports, News, Finance and Search, reports AdAge.com. This step is the latest in Yahoo!’s strategy to integrate the social networking site into its properties rather than compete with it, similar to the deal it made with Facebook in December, which allows users to update their status through Yahoo!.
What do you think this will do for your marketing efforts?

I’d love to hear your comments.
Until next time have a wonderful day

good post, just added to my buzz
Honestly, I do not understand the value of twitter. I read one market research statement that says nearly half of all tweets was “useless babble.” Only 9% had “pass-along value.” Probably only 4% was “news.” Okay, I’m a senior citizen, but I get Instant Messaging. I get MySpace, FaceBook and Friendster. Heck, I even get an unintentional rap song, should the beat and melody are just right. But this SMS online seems a bit too thinly clever — a bit excessive fad and flash in the pan, for my tastes. Perhaps there’s a Zen side for this. Any one care to Enlighten me?
Nice looking blog you have here. The theme is awesome, great color combination.
I really liked your blog! great
Hey, Good blog you have here. I wanted to let you all know that I think Twitter is going to be one of the better networks because of the fact that it is supported by so many industries. I also think when Twitter shows some of it’s new features, returning traffic will go up to show the real growth of the network.
Anyway, I created a site that offerers great resources for Twitter that are 100% free, so come and visit and don’t be a stranger.
Keep up the good work!
